so i saw a post about a group fly-in happening at lakeside park on the 14th and im thinking about going but i dont really know what to expect, ive never been to one of these things before. do people just show up and fly or is there like a schedule or something? also not sure if i should bring my mini 4 pro or if thats gonna look kinda lame next to whatever everyone else is flying lol

dude just go, seriously. the one i went to last spring was super chill, some guys had massive 7 inch freestyle builds, some had tiny whoops, one old timer showed up with like a phantom 3 and nobody cared. its not a competition its just people hanging out and flying. bring whatever you got.

i went to one a few months ago and honestly was nervous too but everyone was really friendly and happy to talk gear. there was kind of a loose thing where people did some group passes in the afternoon but mostly it was just freeform. bring extra batteries thats the main thing i wish id done
