anyone else just fly for no reason sometimes

so i took the mavic out last night just to like... fly around my neighborhood for 20 mins. no photo mission, no practice, nothing. just vibes basically. ended up hovering over the park watching some guys play basketball for a bit then came home. didnt even pull the footage off the card

idk theres something nice about flying with zero agenda. feels different than when im trying to nail a shot or learn something. anyone else do this or am i just wasting battery cycles lol

yeah man i do this all the time. sunday mornings before anyone's up i just take the mini out and drift around the fields behind my house. half the time i dont even look at the screen that much, just kind of feel where its going. my wife thinks im obsessed but honestly its like the only time my brain shuts up
