trying to decide between Autel Evo Lite+ and DJI Air 3 - kind of lost tbh

ok so ive been going back and forth on this for like three weeks now and i need someone to just talk me off the ledge. my budget is around $900 and im mostly shooting landscape and some real estate stuff on the side. not a total beginner, ive been flying a Phantom 3 for years so i know my way around but i havent bought anything new in a long time and the market is kind of overwhelming now.

the Autel keeps coming up because people say its good for folks who dont want to deal with DJI's geo-fencing stuff and the camera looks solid on paper. but then i see the Air 3 reviews and the dual camera thing looks really useful for real estate work honestly. the price difference isnt huge depending on where you look.

anyone actually used both or switched from one to the other? i dont really trust the youtube reviews because half those guys got the drone for free and you can kind of tell. just want to hear from someone who paid for it themselves

had the Evo Lite+ for about 8 months before i sold it and got the Air 3 and honestly the main thing that pushed me was the ecosystem. the Autel app improved a lot but it still feels a bit behind in terms of smoothness and the waypoints stuff was frustrating for me. camera on the Autel is great dont get me wrong, low light is genuinely impressive on that thing. but for real estate where youre switching focal lengths a lot the Air 3 dual cam setup saves so much time in post. thats just my situation though, if geofencing is a real concern for where you fly that changes things
