Just got my Part 107 last month and I'm completely lost on pricing. I've seen posts here where people say they charge $150 for real estate shoots, others say $500+. When I quote $300 for a basic property shoot, clients act like I'm crazy expensive. But then I see established pilots saying never go below $400.
Should I start lower to build a portfolio? I have a DJI Air 2S and decent editing skills. Also confused about travel time - do you charge for drive time to the location? Any guidance would be awesome!
