got denied by LAANC but no idea why, the airspace looks fine to me

so i've been trying to get authorization for a spot i fly at pretty regularly and for the past week or so every time i submit through aloft it just comes back denied instantly. no explanation, nothing. the area isnt near an airport or anything, its like a park on the edge of town. i checked on skyvector and the sectional chart and i dont see any class B or C around there. there might be a class E but i thought LAANC covered that anyway?

i dont have part 107 yet, flying recreationally under the TRUST thing, not sure if that matters. someone told me maybe theres a TFR but i checked notams and didnt see anything active. genuinely lost here, been flying this spot for months without issues and now suddenly its just denying everything i submit

class E surface extensions can be tricky, they dont always show up obviously when youre looking at apps. some of the LAANC grids in those areas have a zero AGL ceiling which means the authorization system literally cannot approve you automatically - it needs manual FAA review instead. thats probably whats happening. you can try submitting a part 107 waiver or a manual LAANC request but that takes days sometimes weeks. if you go to the FAA's UAS data on their site and look at the LAANC facility maps you can see the actual ceiling values per grid square. might be worth checking that before anything else.

had something similar happen near me and it turned out there was a stadium nearby that had a temporary flight restriction that wasnt super obvious in the apps. some sports events trigger TFRs that dont always show prominently everywhere. also worth checking tfr.faa.gov directly instead of relying on notam summaries, ive found the apps miss stuff sometimes
