im not a lawyer or anything but i wouldnt lose sleep over it. if you werent near an airport, weren't flying over a crowd, kept it under 400 feet and maintained line of sight you were probably hitting
so this happened a couple weekends ago and its been bugging me. was visiting family in florida and brought my drone along, flew it over the beach in the morning when nobody was really around. kept it low and close, maybe 200 feet up and stayed away from people. looked it up a little bit beforehand and didnt see anything obvious saying i couldnt. but now im reading stuff online about florida having weird beach-specific rules and some cities banning it outright and im kind of freaking out a little. nothing happened, no one said anything to me, but i keep wondering if i technically broke a law and just didnt get caught. anyone know how this stuff actually works
