random question but do any of you have jobs that are completely unrelated to drones

so i was talking to a coworker today about my hobby and they seemed genuinely shocked that i dont work in like film or tech or something. im an accountant. have been for 15 years. the drone stuff is just something i do on weekends and the occasional vacation trip. got me wondering if most people in this hobby are in some kind of related field or if theres a bunch of us who are just completely random.

not sure why i find this interesting but i do. what do you do for work if you dont mind sharing

truck driver here. been flying for about 3 years now. people always assume i must be into tech stuff but honestly i just like being outside and the flying scratches that itch. the photography side was something that grew on me later, didnt expect that at all when i started

im a nurse lol. very much not related. i think thats partly WHY i got into it actually, needed something that had nothing to do with my job at all. though i will say the precision and staying calm under pressure thing probably carries over a little bit. probably. maybe im just telling myself that
