so i just got my first drone, nothing fancy just a mini 3 pro, and i want to fly it at the beach near where i'm staying in florida. i looked up some stuff online but honestly i cant figure out if its legal or not. like i know there's the FAA rules but then i also heard florida has its own stuff and some beaches are county parks which have their own rules?? its really confusing. i'm not trying to do anything shady just want some nice footage of the sunset over the water. do i need a license for this or what
