ok so this is kind of embarrassing but whatever. took my mini 3 up into the mountains last weekend, first time flying somewhere that wasn't a flat open field basically. the altitude was around 2400m at the launch point and i honestly didn't think that would matter much but the thing was noticeably squirrelier than usual, kept getting these little attitude corrections that i dont normally see. wind was also way more unpredictable than at ground level, like it would just appear from nowhere. almost had a heart attack when a gust pushed it toward a ridgeline and i had to yank it back manually. got some decent footage but man it was stressful. anyone else find the transition from boring flat flying to mountain flying kind of a shock
