Mini 3 Pro vs Air 3 - is the price difference actually worth it for a casual weekend flyer

so ive been going back and forth on this for like two months now and i cant make up my mind. i currently have a Mini 2 which i love but the camera is starting to feel a bit limiting especially when i try to shoot in the evening or in cloudy conditions. the footage just gets noisy fast.
i mostly fly on weekends, nothing professional, just travel stuff and some local landscapes. my budget can stretch to the Air 3 but its a significant jump and i keep asking myself if im actually going to notice the difference in my final edits or if ill just convince myself i do because i spent more money lol.
the omnidirectional obstacle avoidance on the Air 3 is tempting but honestly how often do i actually need that vs just flying carefully. and the Mini 3 Pro has the vertical shooting mode which i actually use a lot for instagram stuff. has anyone switched between these two and had a clear "oh yeah this was the right call" moment
