Had the exact same issue with my T30 last season. Check your pressure sensor calibration procedure - you need to recalibrate at operating temperature, not ambient. Also verify your tank is completely

This might be related to the pump diaphragm wearing out. Replace the diaphragm and check all O-rings in the pressure system. High temps can cause expansion that throws off the calibration if seals are

Temperature compensation is definitely a factor here. I've seen 10-15% drift in similar conditions. Try calibrating right before each flight when the system is at operating temp, and consider upgradin
Hey everyone, running into persistent calibration issues with my T50's spraying system. The pump pressure readings keep drifting between flights, throwing off my application rates by 15-20%. I've cleaned all the nozzles and checked for air leaks in the lines, but the problem persists.
Anyone else experiencing similar pressure inconsistencies with the Agras series? Starting to wonder if this is a temperature compensation issue or something with the pressure sensor itself.
Flight conditions: 35?C ambient, using standard emulsifiable concentrate at 2L/ha target rate.
