EVO Nano+ vs Lite+ - which should I choose for aerial photography?

I'm torn between the EVO Nano+ and Lite+ for my photography work. The Nano+ weighs 249 grams, which means you don't need to be FDA registered if you're a hobbyist. But the Lite+ has a 1-inch CMOS camera which allows the maximum amount of light to create the highest quality photos, supporting 6k resolution 20MP images.

I mainly shoot landscapes and some real estate work. The portability of the Nano+ is appealing, but I'm wondering if the larger sensor on the Lite+ is worth the extra weight and registration requirements. What are your experiences with image quality between these two?
