surface pond water will absolutely do this, especially this time of year when algae and organic material is higher. we had the same problem and added a 50 mesh inline filter right before the pump inta

yeah the stock filtration on those is kind of underwhelming honestly. my buddy who runs a T40 has the same gripe, DJI's agras line is impressive hardware but the filtration system feels like an aftert
running a DJI Agras T10, mostly doing fungicide applications on wheat. third time this month ive had a nozzle partially clog mid-mission and the flow sensor caught it but by the time the drone lands and i figure out which nozzle it is and clear it ive already got an untreated strip in the field. not a huge deal once or twice but this is becoming a pattern.
using hollow cone nozzles, mixing rates are exactly per label, running through the tank filter every time. asked my chemical rep and he basically shrugged. im wondering if its the water source, we pull from a surface pond and even though we filter im thinking maybe particulate is still getting through. or maybe the nozzle orifice size is wrong for this viscosity.
anyone dealt with persistent clogging on the T10 or any of the Agras line really? is there a finer inline filter people are adding? i know some guys add a second stage filter at the tank inlet but not sure what spec to look for.
