ugh this happened to my RC (not RC2 but similar situation) and it was a nightmare. what ended up working for me was holding the power button and one of the shoulder buttons simultaneously for like 8 s

this is why i always make sure both devices are fully charged before touching firmware. learned that the hard way with a phantom 4 years ago. not trying to pile on, just ? yeah, its a rough lesson. ho
okay so this is probably my fault but here's what happened. was updating firmware through the dji fly app last night, mini 4 pro with the rc2 controller. update seemed to go fine on the aircraft side but partway through the controller update the app just... closed. phone died, my fault, had it plugged in but apparently the cable was loose. when i restarted everything the rc2 is stuck on a screen that just shows the dji logo and doesnt progress. tried holding power for like 20 seconds, tried different cables, tried launching fly app while its in that state and it doesnt even recognize the controller is connected.
havent found a clear answer on whether theres a recovery mode for the rc2 specifically. the stuff i found on reddit is all about older controllers. anyone dealt with this or know if dji support is actually useful here or just gonna tell me to send it in
