ok so my range on the FPV drone has been fine, like i'm not pushing legal limits or anything, but i've been reading about people doing antenna mods and getting noticeably better signal in urban environments with interference. i fly mostly in a semi-suburban area and sometimes get the occasional dropout warning even at like 400 meters which seems wrong.
someone on reddit mentioned replacing the stock antennas on the goggles v2 with aftermarket pagoda or lollipop style antennas and said it helped a lot. but then someone else said the stock system is already well tuned and messing with it can cause more problems than it solves. im not an RF engineer obviously so i have no idea who to believe. the drone itself is still under the one year so i dont want to void anything if it wont actually help
