okay so i've been going back and forth on this for weeks now. i want to get into fpv but i dont want to build a quad from scratch, i just want something that works out of the box that i can actually fly without destroying on my first session. my budget can stretch to either one if i shop smart but not both obviously.
from what i can tell the Avata is more locked down, lighter, better for indoor/tight spaces, has the obstacle sensing stuff. the FPV drone is faster and more of a proper cinematic fpv feel but way less forgiving. i mostly want to fly outdoors, some light freestyle maybe, get decent footage of myself hiking or biking with friends. not trying to race or anything crazy.
the thing nobody seems to answer directly is how much harder the FPV drone is to fly day to day. like is the Avata actually good enough for real fpv footage or does it feel like a dumbed down toy. genuinely cant tell from youtube reviews because they all have an agenda
