sharing some pics from the weekend, anyone else shoot in heavy overcast?

went out sunday even though the sky was completley grey, wasnt planning on getting anything worth keeping but ended up with a few shots i actually really like. theres something about flat light that makes textures pop, especially over farmland and fields. no harsh shadows, everything just looks kinda moody

been flying the air 2s for about a year now and i think overcast is actually underrated for stills, people always wait for blue sky days but i dunno

yeah overcast is slept on for sure. i shot a whole set over a lake last autumn in total cloud cover and they came out better than the sunny day stuff. the reflections were insane because the water was like a mirror with no glare. post the pics if you can

honestly i used to skip cloudy days but after losing good flying weather waiting for perfect conditions i just started going out regardless. worst case you come home with nothing usable and you've still logged stick time. the air 2s handles low light decently enough anyway
