so i took the mini out yesterday just because i was bored, no real plan, no shot list or anything. just drove to the park and flew around for like 45 minutes watching the battery drain. didnt even record anything. felt kinda weird but also really good? idk hard to explain. sometimes i think i get too caught up in trying to get the perfect shot that i forget flying is just fun on its own

dude yes all the time. honestly some of my best flights have been when i had zero agenda. just messing around trying stuff, flying low through trees (probably shouldnt but whatever), not worrying about footage. theres something about just being in the moment with it that you lose when youre trying to frame a perfect cinematic whatever

yeah i get it. i fly at night sometimes just to watch the lights on the drone honestly. not even looking at the feed half the time just watching it from the ground like a weirdo
