so ive had my mini 2 for about 8 months now and the gimbal has been fine but lately its been doing this thing where it kinda stutters when i turn left. not always but like maybe 1 out of 3 times when im panning left it gets jerky for a second then smooths out. anyone else had this happen? its not dropping or anything just that weird stutter thing

yeah i had something similar happen after i dropped mine in some sand last summer. turned out there was grit in the gimbal mechanism. try powering it on and gently moving the gimbal with your finger while its initializing - if you feel any grinding or resistance thats probably your problem. also check if the gimbal clamp is fully removed, sometimes people forget and it can cause weird behavior

mine started doing that after about 6 months too but it went away after a firmware update. when was the last time you updated? also try calibrating the gimbal in the dji fly app, theres an option somewhere in the camera settings i think
