random post but curious what other hobbies people here are into besides flying. feels like a lot of drone people also do photography or RC cars or something but idk maybe thats just me assuming. personally i got into homebrewing beer during covid and that kind of took over my life for a while, still do it but drone stuff has been edging it out lately. just wondering what kind of people are actually on this forum when theyre not talking about firmware updates

mountain biking mostly. theres actually a decent overlap because i started flying drones to film my rides and now the drone thing is kind of its own separate thing. also do a bit of woodworking in the garage but that one's more of a winter thing when i cant do either of the other two

lol this is a good question. I restore old radios, like vintage tube stuff from the 40s and 50s. people think its weird but honestly the electronics side of it got me into drones eventually so it all connects somehow. also i play chess online way too much but thats barely a hobby at this point its just procrastination
