so i've been flying for about 8 months now and honestly most of my clips have been kinda meh but last saturday everything just clicked. wind was low, golden hour lighting, and i actually remembered to set my ND filters before takeoff for once. shot mostly in cine mode and did some slow pulls back over the water and i cant believe how good it came out compared to my usual stuff.

posted a short clip on youtube if anyone wants to take a look and give me some honest feedback, i know the color grade is a bit rough still. im using a mini 3 pro btw. link in my profile if the mods allow it here

nice, beach shots are always gonna look good if the light cooperates. whats your ND setup? i always forget which one to grab and end up winging it honestly. also curious what you used to grade it, davinci or something else?

just watched it, the pull back over the waves around the 0:42 mark was really smooth. color grade isn't as rough as you think, maybe just a tiny bit oversaturated in the highlights but that could just be my monitor. keep posting these, its nice to see actual progression from someone who isnt just flexing a mavic 3 or whatever right out of the box
