anyone going to the fly-in at Lakewood this weekend?

saw it posted on facebook i think, some AMA club is hosting a fly-in at Lakewood park saturday morning. not sure what time it starts, i think 9am? anyway im probably going to bring the mini 3 and maybe the fpv quad if i feel like it. anyone else from here planning on showing up? would be cool to finally meet some people in person instead of just talking online

yeah i saw that too, i think registration is like $5 at the gate or something. last time i went to one of their events it was pretty chill, mostly fixed wing guys but they dont mind multirotors as long as you stay in your lane. literally. they mark off a section for quads. bring sunscreen it gets hot out there by like 10

wish i could but im working saturday:(these things always seem to happen when i have stuff going on. let me know how it is though, ive been wanting to get into the local club scene for a while now but never actually made it to one of these
