yeah i got asked about it once at a county park, ranger came over and i just showed him the DroneZone registration and he kind of shrugged and walked away. didnt even ask about remote ID specifically.

im pretty new to all this and honestly the remote ID requirement kind of stressed me out when i first started reading about it. ended up just buying a module for my mini since it didnt have it built i
so ive been following the remote ID stuff for a while now and honestly i cant tell if they're actually starting to crack down or if its still mostly ignored out in the field. saw a few posts on reddit saying some guys got approached at local parks but then other people saying they fly all the time with zero issues and nobody says anything.
also heard there might be some changes coming to the LAANC system later this year, something about expanding coverage to more rural airports? not 100% sure on that one. been trying to keep up but the FAA site is a nightmare to actually read through.
anyone actually been stopped or questioned recently? genuinely curious what the on the ground reality is vs what the rules say on paper
