our club group flight last weekend kind of fell apart

so we had like 12 people show up which was great but then the wind picked up way more than the forecast said and half the guys with lighter quads just packed up and left after like 20 minutes. ended up being me and two other dudes just flying our 5 inch builds around a field while everyone watched. not complaining it was still fun but it made me think we need to maybe do a better job picking locations that have some kind of wind break. also someone brought a dog that would not stop barking every time something flew over it which okay yeah that was kind of funny actually

    haha the dog thing happens every time at ours too, people just dont think about it. the wind thing is real though, we started checking windguru instead of just weather.com and its made a big differenc
