so ive been going back and forth on this for like two weeks now and i cant decide. im doing a trip to portugal in the spring and want to bring my mini 4 pro as carry on but my current case is just the foam insert one that came with the fly more combo and honestly it takes up way too much room in my bag.

i was looking at the carrying cases from tomcase and also some random ones on amazon but the reviews are all over the place. someone mentioned a hard shell pelican style one but i dont even know which size would work. does anyone just use a regular camera bag or do you go full hard case? also wondering if theres room for a few nd filters and maybe a landing pad if i get one of the rollup ones

i use the dji shoulder bag for travel and honestly its been fine for europe trips. fits the drone, two batteries, a couple of ND filters in a little pouch, and the controller with no issues. its not a hard case so if youre checking bags id say no but as a carry on its perfect and fits under the seat on most flights ive been on. the rollup landing pads are great btw, the 50cm ones fold down really small, i just tuck mine in the side pocket.

I went with a Lowepro Adventura bag and it fits everything pretty well. Not sure if its exactly what youre looking for but I saw someone on youtube doing the same portugal trip with one, might be worth searching. I dont have ND filters yet so cant speak to that part of your question
