so ive been trying to nail consistent punch outs for like two weeks now and every single time i hit full throttle it just drifts and rolls slightly to the right. its not dramatic but its enough to mess up any trick i try to chain after it. running a 5inch with betaflight, motors are fine i checked them, props are balanced. pretty sure its a tune issue but i dont really know where to start. anyone dealt with this before

almost certainly your p and d terms are off, probably too much P on roll causing it to over-correct and then just kinda wander. what are your PIDs right now? also check if your master multiplier is cranked up because a lot of people just copy paste tunes from youtube without realizing their build isnt the same weight as whatever 5inch the guy was flying. i had this exact issue last spring and it turned out my front right motor had slightly more resistance than the others which made tuning way harder until i just swapped it out.

could also be prop wash if it happens right after the punch when you back off throttle. i had something similar and just lowering D helped a lot tbh. not an expert tho just what worked for me
