okay so this isnt really a question i just need to tell someone because my wife does not care at all. been trying to get a clean deatroll for ages and every attempt i was either coming out too early or just completely losing orientation mid roll and panicking. flew out to the field yesterday morning before anyone else showed up and just kept sending it over and over and something clicked. did like 4 in a row that actually looked decent on the goggles. no idea what changed honestly, maybe i just stopped thinking about it so hard. anyway if anyone is struggling with it just keep going i guess, the muscle memory does eventually show up

haha yeah my wife has the exact same reaction when i try to show her footage. congrats tho thats a satisfying one to get down, took me forever too. the orientation thing is real, your brain just has to see it enough times before it stops freaking out

deatrolls are one of those tricks where i think simulators acutally hurt more than they help because the physics feel different enough that you build slightl wrong habits. glad you got it in real air, that always sticks better anyway
