so this has been happening for a while and its starting to really annoy me. im about 200-300 meters out, nothing crazy, and the video feed just drops. drone keeps flying fine it seems like, comes back when i tell it to, but the feed cuts and sometimes the controller throws a signal warning before reconnecting. happens maybe every other flight.

ive tried different locations so its not just one spot. im on the latest firmware i updated a few weeks ago actually. the weird thing is it seems worse in the afternoon than morning flights but that might just be coincidence im not sure. anyone dealt with this or know what to check first

had something similar on my EVO II a while back. turned out one of the antenna connections inside the controller was slightly loose, not obvious from the outside but when a local shop opened it up it was just barely seated right. not saying thats definitely your issue but worth checking if you have any warranty left or know someone who can look at it. also interference can be worse midday in some areas depending on wifi congestion from neighborhoods etc, the afternoon thing might not be coincidence actually

what channel is your controller set to, have you tried switching between 2.4 and 5.8? i had dropouts that were driving me nuts and just switching the frequency cleaned it right up. the auto mode doesnt always pick the best option depending on your environment. also are you flying near any large bodies of water or a lot of metal structures? both of those can do weird things to signal. the afternoon wifi congestion thing the other person mentioned is real too, suburbs get pretty noisy frequency wise around that time
