taking the part 107 test next month, any advice?

so ive been flying recreationally for about two years now and finally decided to just go ahead and get my part 107. signed up for the test at a local testing center, got about 5 weeks out. ive been using the prepware app and watching some youtube stuff but honestly the airspace stuff is kind of killing me. like i get the basic concepts but then i look at a sectional chart and my brain just goes blank. is there like a specific resource that actually helped someone understand the chart reading or did everyone just kind of grind through it until it clicked? also wondering how hard the actual test is compared to the practice tests, some people say its easier some say harder and i cant tell whos right

the sectional chart stuff was rough for me too. what finally made it click was just printing out a big section of a chart and going through it with the FAA chart users guide open side by side, like actually physically pointing at stuff. the prepware questions are pretty representative of what youll see on the real test i thought, maybe slightly easier in person just because you've seen similar questions a hundred times by then. the one thing i wish someone had told me is dont overthink the weather questions, the test is mostly looking for you to know the minimums and read METARs, not like become a meteorologist. give yourself a few solid sessions just on airspace and you should be fine

i just passed mine like three weeks ago. honestly the test was fine, i was way more stressed about it than i needed to be. the chart reading part i just kept doing the sample questions on the FAA website over and over until the symbols started feeling familiar. took me probably 6 or 7 sessions before it stopped feeling totally foreign. one tip though -- make sure you actually know how to use the chart supplement because there were a couple questions where you need to look stuff up in there and if you havent practiced that it'll slow you down
