so ive been flying my mini 3 pro out at reservoir for about 3 weeks now trying to get that golden hour look and i think i finally nailed it yesterday. the light was just right and i had maybe 20 minutes before it all went flat. posted the clip to my youtube but wanted to get some actual feedback from people who know what theyre looking at, not just my friends who say everything looks great lol

main thing im unsure about is the movement felt a bit jerky in spots, like i was overcorrecting on the stick inputs during the slow pan. not sure if thats a settings thing or just me needing more practice. anyway link is in my profile if anyones interested

the jerkiness you're describing is almost definitely expo settings, i had the exact same issue when i started. default expo on the mini 3 is way too sensitive for smooth cinematic stuff. try bumping it up to like 0.25 or even 0.30 and your pans will feel way more controlled. also slow down your max rotation speed in the settings, makes a huge difference for that kind of shot

sunset over water is my favorite thing to shoot honestly. the reflections just do something that you cant really plan for. ill check out your footage later tonight
