ok so this is embarrassing but i failed the part 107 test twice now. first time i got a 68 which is so close it hurts, second time i got a 72 so i passed technically... wait no i didnt, minimum is 70 right? yeah i got a 69 the second time i just mathed that wrong in my head when i walked out. anyway. im clearly missing something. i feel like i understand the material when i read it but then the questions are worded in this really weird way and i second guess myself constantly. the weather stuff i think im okay on now but the airspace questions and anything with like performance charts still get me. has anyone been in this situation and actually figured out what they were doing wrong

the performance chart questions wrecked me too, density altitude stuff especially. what finally helped me was watching videos specifically on how to read those charts rather than just reading about them. there's something about seeing someone actually work through the problem on screen that makes it way clearer than staring at the chart yourself. also for the airspace stuff, i printed out a big sectional chart and just like... lived with it for a few days. taped it to my wall. sounds dumb but having a physical thing you can point at and trace with your finger helps more than looking at it on a screen for me personally. you're clearly close though, going from 68 to 69 is rough but youre obviously getting the majority of it right

the wording thing is real and honestly i think thats what most people dont prepare for. the questions are written in this very specific FAA bureaucratic way and sometimes theyre asking something slightly different than what you think theyre asking. when i studied i made myself slow down and re-read every question twice before looking at the answers. also process of elimination is huge, a lot of the time you can throw out two of the four answers immediately and then you have a 50/50 shot on whats left if you're still unsure. dont give up, two attempts isnt that many really
