updated yesterday because dji assistant kept nagging me and now my cine mode feels totally different. like the braking is way more aggressive than before and when i do slow pan shots theres this weird micro-stutter at the end of the movement that wasnt there before. tried re-calibrating the imu and compass, rechecked my gimbal settings, nothing changed.

also and this might be unrelated but my go fly app keeps losing the drone feed for like 2 seconds randomly during flight which is mildly terrifying. was on.0500 before and had zero issues for months so im pretty sure this is the update but maybe im wrong

anyone else or am i just unlucky. cant find anything on the dji forums that matches exactly what im seeing

yeah the cine mode thing is real, saw a couple people mention it in the facebook group too. somebody said dji tweaked the braking curves in this update but i havent seen any official changelog that actually explains it ? their release notes are always vague garbage anyway. the stutter at end of movement sounds like it could be the new deceleration algorithm fighting with your stick input. try reducing your expo a bit and see if it smooths out

the video dropout thing is more concerning tbh. what phone are you on? ive seen some interference issues with the rc-n1 and certain android builds but if youre on the smart controller thats a different problem

i rolled back to.0500 after about a day on the new firmware, the process isnt that bad if you still have the old bin file. DJI assistant lets you do it. honestly i wait at least a month before updating now, let other people find the bugs first lol. learned that lesson the hard way with the air 2s
