not sure if anyone else ran into this but after the last firmware update my gimbal has been doing this thing where it kind of twitches or vibrates when i yaw too fast. its not a huge movement but its visible in the footage and its driving me crazy. everything was fine before the update. i did a gimbal calibration twice and it didnt fix it.

the drone itself flies fine and the camera is sharp, its just this weird micro-jitter on yaw movements. im shooting some real estate stuff next week and i really dont want to show up with shaky footage. anyone dealt with this or know if autel pushed a fix

yeah this happened to me on my EVO II a while back, might have been a different firmware version but same symptom. what worked for me was doing a full factory reset and then only updating the firmware fresh instead of updating over an older version. pain in the neck but it sorted the gimbal out. also make sure the gimbal ribbon cable isnt slightly loose, sometimes vibrations can loosen it a tiny bit especially if you transport it in a bag without the gimbal guard on

Autel support was actually pretty responsive when i emailed them directly, they might have a specific fix or at least a workaround they can walk you through. worth a shot before your shoot

could also just be the gimbal calibration not taking properly. i had to do mine like four times before it stuck, no idea why. try doing it somewhere with no wind and set the drone on a completley flat surface before starting the calibration. also make sure the props are off when you do it, i dont think it matters but someone told me that once and it seemed to help
