so anyway this has been driving me nuts for about two weeks. Had a pretty medium crash, nothing catastrophic, one of the props was cracked so I replaced all four and did the motor check in the app, everything spun up fine. But now in manual mode theres this constant drift to the right, I have to hold left stick to keep it straight and it's really noticeable at speed.

Done the IMU cal twice and the compass once, still the same. Hovered it inside to rule out wind and it definitely pulls right. I'm wondering if it's a motor thing even though the check passed, or maybe a frame issue from the crash I cant see. Anyone dealt with this

Check your motor screws first, like physically look at all of them. I had something similar after a hard landing and one motor had a slightly loose mount which would pass the spin test but cause exactly that kind of drift under actual load. Also worth checking that the arms didnt get any micro cracks, sometimes the frame looks fine but theres a flex issue you can only feel when you push it.

If that all checks out it might be worth doing a full ESC recalibration not just the IMU, the process is buried in the assistant app but its there.

had this exact problem once and it turned out one of my replacement props was counterfeit, got them off a random amazon listing because they were cheap. The balance was just slightly off and it showed up as a drift. Switched to genuine DJI props and it went away. Probably not your issue if you got real ones but worth mentioning because it wasted like three days of my troubleshooting before I figured it out.
