real estate clients are driving me crazy with pricing ? am i doing this wrong

been doing drone photography for real estate agents for about eight months and i keep running into the same thing. they want photos and video, sometimes a full walkthrough edit, and then they act shocked when i quote anything over 175 bucks. had one guy last week tell me his nephew could do it for 80 and i just kind of stared at him.
i'm part 107 certified, fully insured, shoot on a mavic 3 with a decent editing setup at home, i feel like my work is genuinely good. but every time i try to raise prices or hold firm on a quote i feel like i'm losing the client. is the real estate market just like this everywhere or am i targeting the wrong agents. also curious how other people structure it ? do you charge per photo, flat rate for the whole job, packages, what
