ok so i put together my first edit that wasnt just raw footage dumped into a file. ive been watching a ton of youtube tutorials on the 3-2-1 move and hyperlapse stuff and tried to actually plan my shots this time instead of just winging it. flew out to some old farmland about 20 mins from me, did maybe 45 mins of flying and came back with like 40 clips.

trimmed it down to about 90 seconds with some music i licensed from epidemicsound. honestly i think parts of it look pretty good but the transitions feel off to me and i have no idea if its a flying issue or an editing issue. link here if anyone wants to watch and give actual feedback not just nice job type stuff ? https://youtu.be/[placeholder]. be brutal im trying to get better

transitions being off is almost always a planning problem not an editing problem in my experience. like if you're not ending one shot with movement that matches where the next shot starts, no amount of cutting on the beat is gonna save it. the way i started fixing this was literally writing down my shot list before i fly and thinking about what direction things are moving in each clip so they flow together. sounds tedious but it changed everything for me. anyway repost the link would like to see it
