what case are you guys actually using for travel with the mini 4 pro

so i've been going back and forth on this for like two weeks now and i cant decide. i have the mini 4 pro with the RC2 controller and i want something that fits in a carry-on without being a massive pain. the dji fly more combo case that came with it is fine but it's kind of big and floppy and i dont trust it in an overhead bin honestly.

ive seen a few people mention the hard shell cases from brands i've never heard of on amazon and some of them look okay but reviews are all over the place. someone told me to just get a pelican but that seems like overkill for a mini? i dont know. whats everyone actually using day to day not just for big trips but like throwing in the car too

I went through like three cases before landing on the Torvol Quad Pitstop Pro and honestly it's been great for travel, fits under the seat most of the time if you pack it right and the foam cutouts are actually decent. that said it's not cheap so if you're on a budget there's a no-name hard shell on amazon that a lot of people in the mini community seem to like, it's got a green zipper I think, can't remember the brand name but someone will know what i'm talking about.

one thing i'd say is dont sleep on just a decent padded cube insert for a regular backpack if you already have a good bag. i did that for a while and it worked fine, more flexible than a dedicated case.
