EVO II Pro keeps doing this weird thing mid flight ? anyone seen this

okay so this has been bugging me for a while and i finally made an account just to ask about it. my EVO II Pro (the 6k one) randomly kind of... hesitates? like mid flight it'll just pause for half a second and then continue. not a full stop, more like a stutter. happens maybe once or twice per flight, not every time but often enough that its starting to worry me. im flying in relatively open areas, no heavy interference that i know of.

batteries are fairly new, maybe 20-25 cycles on the ones im using. RC signal looks fine on the app. i updated the firmware a few weeks ago and honestly im not sure if it started before or after the update, i didnt pay close attention. anyone had anything like this or have any idea where to even start troubleshooting it

the EVO II can do this sometimes and its almost always one of a few things in my experience. first thing id check is whether you have any return-to-home or geofence warnings triggering silently in the background ? sometimes the bird will briefly recalibrate or hesitate when it hits an invisible altitude or distance boundary even if it doesnt full stop. second thing, and this sounds boring but ? recalibrate the IMU and compass if you havent done it since the firmware update. Autel's changelogs arent always great at telling you when that's needed but a firmware bump can sometimes throw the IMU off a little.

also worth checking if youre running any third party props, ive seen weird micro-vibration issues cause some jittery behavior that can look like signal hesitation on the feed but isnt actually a connection thing.

doesnt the EVO II Pro have that thing where if the vision sensors get confused ? like bright ground or reflective surface ? it kind of momentarily freaks out a little? i vaguely remember reading about that somewhere. might not be your issue at all but worth thinking about what the ground looks like under you when it happens
