so ive been flying my mini 3 for about 8 months now and honestly most of my stuff looked like garbage until recently. went out to red rock canyon saturday morning like 6am before anyone else showed up and just spent two hours flying around and i think i finally got something worth sharing. mostly slow orbits around the rock formations and one long pull-back reveal that i had to redo like four times because i kept bumping the altitude by accident.

main thing i want to know is whether the color grade looks weird to you guys. i shot in d-log and used a lut from some pack i bought ages ago and im not sure if the shadows look too crushed or if thats just my monitor lying to me

watched it, the reveal shot is really nice actually. the color thing you're worried about ? yeah the shadows are a little muddy in the middle section, around the 1:20 mark or so. could just pull the blacks up a tiny bit and it'll breathe more. overall though way better than most stuff i see posted here, the timing on the orbit felt patient which is hard to do when you're learning

dude red rock at 6am is the move, ive done the same thing. crowds ruin everything. what lut pack were you using if you dont mind me asking, i shoot dlog on my air 2s and im still hunting for something that doesnt make everything look orange
