Running into a frustrating issue with my 5-inch build that I can't seem to tune out. Using a basic clone frame with T-Motor F60 Pro motors and Mamba F405 stack. Poor rigidity in FPV drone frames is one of the most common causes of difficult-to-resolve oscillations in FPV builds ? and it cannot be fixed by tuning alone.
The quad flies great up to about 70% throttle, then gets violent P-term oscillations that show up clearly in blackbox. I've tried lowering P gains from 52 down to 38 but it just makes the whole tune feel mushy. Motors stay cool, props are balanced, all screws tight.
Starting to think this might be a frame flex issue rather than a tuning problem. Anyone else experienced oscillations that can't be tuned out due to frame rigidity?
