Planning a drone meetup - indoor vs outdoor venue debate

Our local group is planning our first winter meetup and we're split on venue. Half want indoor (community center) for consistent conditions, half want outdoor despite cold weather. Indoor folks say weather won't cancel and we can focus on micro builds. Outdoor camp says limited ceiling kills the fun.
