Insurance company work vs other industries - which pays better?

I keep seeing job postings for insurance carriers wanting property inspections using drones. The work seems pretty straightforward - automated flight over properties, then mobile photos.

But I'm curious how insurance work compares to other sectors. I know film/TV can pay up to $100k annually while agriculture and construction typically range $43k-53k. Anyone worked across multiple industries? What's been your experience with pay rates and job satisfaction?
