DJI Mini 3 Pro random disconnects at 200m - frequency band issue?

Been flying my Mini 3 Pro for about 6 months now, and lately I'm getting frequent signal drops around 200 meters out, even in wide open areas. Always happens in the same spots - near this new subdivision with solar panels and smart home setups.

Currently running on auto frequency selection (defaulting to 2.4GHz I assume). Should I manually switch to 5GHz band? Anyone else experiencing similar issues with newer residential areas?

Flight conditions: Clear weather, no obvious obstacles, controller fully charged, latest firmware.
