on the registration question ? yes your home country registration should be recognized across EU member states, thats kind of the whole point of the harmonized system. but like you said individual countries can layer stuff on top, some require you to carry proof of your operator registration and your flightworthiness docs. i'd just check the specific country's civil aviation authority website directly, they usually have an english version and its way more readable than the EASA docs.

honestly just download the DroneScout or AirMap app for wherever youre going and cross check with the local CAA site. saved me so much headache when i was in Portugal last year. the regulations look scary on paper but 90% of the time if youre flying in open rural areas away from airports and people youre fine, its the cities and coastal tourist spots where it gets complicated fast.
