took the drone out to this reservoir near my house last weekend, genuinely one of the prettiest spots around, hills, reflections, the whole thing. but when i got home and looked at the shots they just looked... flat and uninteresting. like a google maps screenshot almost. my friend who does photography on the ground told me it might be a composition issue but aerial composition feels totally different from regular photography and i dont really know where to start with it.
im not sure if its a settings thing or an editing thing or if i just need to think differently about how i frame stuff from above. probably all three honestly. any advice appreciated, been kind of stuck on this for a while and its making me less motivated to go out and fly which is a shame because i actually love flying
