been seeing peoples shots on here and on instagram and they just look so much richer and sharper than mine, like even the sky colors are different. im shooting in auto mostly, maybe thats the issue? im on an air 2s if that matters

not sure if its a settings thing or a editing thing or what. i dont really do much in lightroom just basic stuff

yeah auto mode will get you mediocre results pretty much every time. switch to shooting RAW if you arent already and then learn like 5 sliders in lightroom, highlights, shadows, whites, dehaze, and vibrance and you'll be shocked how different things look. the air 2s sensor has way more information in it than a JPEG will give you

honestly half of what you see on instagram is just heavy editing, dont compare yourself to that too hard. but also yeah RAW is the move. i spent like a year wondering why my shots looked flat and it was literally just because i was saving JPEGs the whole time. felt pretty dumb when i figured that out
