Planning to upgrade from my Mini 2 and torn between the Mini 4 Pro and Air 3. I primarily shoot landscapes during golden hour and blue hour.

Specific question: How do these cameras handle ISO 400-800 range? I've read conflicting info about the dual native ISO sensors. With the 1/1.3? Dual Native ISO sensors, you can push to ISO 400 without issues.

Also curious about real-world differences in dynamic range between the two. Price difference isn't a huge factor - more concerned about image quality in challenging light conditions.

Both handle ISO 400 beautifully with the 1/1.3" sensors. Drone sensors are smaller than full-frame so noise appears earlier, but these dual native ISO sensors are game-changers. I own both - honestly can't tell the difference in that range.

Air 3 user here! The 1/1.3? sensors show noise earlier than full-frame cameras, but above ISO 400-800 quality drops noticeably. Use slower shutter or ND filter instead of pushing ISO. Golden hour rarely needs high ISO anyway.

Have you considered flight time? Air 3 reaches up to 46 minutes flight time with 20km range via O4 transmission. For golden hour sessions when light changes fast, that extra flight time is incredibly valuable. Both have excellent image quality.
