Client workflow and file delivery - how do you handle it efficiently?

  • Members

I'm struggling with my client workflow, especially file delivery and project management. Currently using email and Dropbox but it's getting messy with multiple clients. Managing recurring jobs with spreadsheets and email chains is a one-way ticket to chaos. Looking for recommendations on client management systems that work well for drone businesses - what's your setup for handling everything from initial quote to final delivery?

I use DroneAdair for file management - you can transfer files to customers directly inside each mission, and clients get automated status updates when missions are booked, scheduled, finished, or footage is ready for download. Game changer for client communication!

I've been using Dronedesk for the past year and it's been excellent. You can manage client records, log interactions, and even quote & invoice them, plus organize client details and communication logs in one central location. The client portal feature keeps everyone happy and organized.

Honestly still using Google Drive and email but this thread is making me realize I need to upgrade! The manual file organization is eating up hours every week. Anyone have experience with the pricing on these platforms?
