so i've been flying recreationally for like 2 years now and my boss wants me to start doing some aerial work for the company which means i need to get legit with the faa. signed up to take the part 107 knowledge test at a testing center about 45 minutes from me and i have roughly 4-5 weeks to prepare. i dont really have a background in aviation at all, like zero, never took a ground school or anything like that.
the airspace stuff is what's really freaking me out. sectional charts look like someone just threw a bunch of colored spaghetti on a map and called it a day. is that stuff a big portion of the test or am i overthinking it? also are there certain topics that showed up a lot that maybe arent super obvious from just reading the FAA study guide? any tips would be really appreciated, just want to know what actually matters vs what i can skim over
