went to my first group flight thing last weekend, didnt go great

so anyway i finally went to one of these community fly days at a park about 45 mins from me. had been meaning to go for months and kept putting it off. showed up and there were maybe 15 people there which was cool, lots of different gear, some cinewhoops, a couple guys with big 5 inch builds, few DJI drones like mine.

thing is i kind of froze up a bit. everyone seemed to know each other and i felt like i was just standing around. did get to fly for maybe 20 minutes but then some issue with my vtx kept cutting out and i couldnt figure out what was wrong on the spot, felt kind of embarassing troubleshooting in front of people. nobody was rude about it but still. maybe ill try again but idk. does this get easier or is it just one of those things
